| Zeno Staub, Head, Asset Management, Vontobel Group
Zeno Staub has been Head of Asset Management of Bank Vontobel Group since 2008. Since 2003 he has been Member of the Group Executive Management while serving as Chief Financial Officer and then as Head Investment Banking. Before joining Bank Vontobel Group in 2001, he co-founded and led Almafin AG, a company now incorporated in the IT company Sungard Investment Systems SA. Zeno graduated with a MA degree in Economics and holds a doctoral degree from the University of St.Gallen (HSG).

| Norbert Ender, Head Smarter Cities Switzerland and Austria, IBM Switzerland
Norbert Ender works on the development of innovative solutions that enable cities to tackle serious urban issues and improve the quality of life of their citizens. Prior he was leading the IBM Banking Competence. He holds an MA in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

| Jan Olaf Willums, founding Chairman, Inspire Invest, Oslo
Jan Olaf co-founded several pioneering technology companies since the 1980s, including Think Global, MoveAbout and ZEM-Energy Ltd. InSpire recently invested in the Norwegian electric car manufacturer Think. Its vehicle Think City is going to be brought to the Swiss market by Migros this year. He holds an M.Sc. ETH and a D.Sc. MIT.

| Ramón Baeza, Senior Partner & Managing Director, BCG
Ramon Baeza is the Office Administrator for BCG in Spain and Portugal and the BCG “CO2 and Emissions” worldwide topic leader. For 7 years, he has been leading the Energy and Environment Practice Area in the Iberian Peninsula and has co-led the BCG worldwide Sustainable Development initiative. He holds a Business Administration degree from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) and an MBA from INSEAD.
