David P. Frick, Member of the Executive Board, Nestlé S.A.

David P. Frick is a Member of the Executive Board of Nestlé S.A. where he is among other things responsible for Corporate Governance and Compliance. Prior to joining Nestlé, he was a Member of the Executive Board and Group General Counsel of Credit Suisse Group, and an attorney-at-law with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, the New York law firm. Mr. Frick received a JD degree from Zurich University and a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Zurich and the New York bar.

Gregor Greber, Founder and CEO, ZCapital

Gregor Greber is the founding partner and CEO of zCapital AG, a Zug-based Asset Management Company with focus on Swiss Equities. Prior he held executive positions at Deutsche Bank, Lombard Odier, Julius Baer, UBS, and most recently at Bellevue Group. Gregor Greber holds a diploma in management and economics of the School of Business Management Zurich.

Margit Osterloh, Professor, University of Zurich

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Margit Osterloh is a full professor for Business Administration at the University of Zurich. She is member of the German Science Council and research director of CREMA (Center for Research in Economics, Management and the Arts). She is author and editor of nine books and numerous articles in professional journals. Her main research focuses on organisation design, knowledge management, corporate governance, open source software production, and gender issues.

Kolja Leiser, Programme Manager, The Sustainability Forum Zürich (TSF)

Kolja joined The Sustainability Forum Zürich in February 2006. As a consultant with BHP-Brugger and Partners, he helps clients to implement projects & policies related to (corporate) social responsibility. Prior, he worked in the area of development aid as Junior Project Manager for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) and as a researcher at the Centre for Sustainability Management in Lueneburg (Germany). He holds a Master in International Business and Cultural Studies from the University of Passau.
