| Ivor Godfrey-Davies, Senior Manager Reputational Risk, HSBC
Ivor Godfrey-Davies is responsible for strategy and policy relating to reputational risk for the HSBC Group internationally as part of the global compliance function. He produces policy papers, discussion documents and guidance notes for the Group Reputational Risk Committee and co-ordinates the deliberations of the five regional reputational risk committees around the world. In addition, Ivor provides a corporate 'clearing house' function for high-level issues and for significant commercial proposals and delivers guidance and comment on the Group's reputational risk appetite and ethical approach.

Michael Hölz has been with Deutsche Bank Group since 1986. As Group Sustainability Officer he takes responsibility for Deutsche Bank’s Sustainability worldwide. He represents Deutsche Bank at the UN Global Compact. He was Chairman of UNEP FI from 2000 – 2005 and member of the Board of Directors of the Global Reporting Initiative from 2002 - 2006. He chairs the Board of econsense, Forum for Sustainable Development of German Business. He received the B.A.U.M. Environment Award in 2003. He studied Business Management at the University of Mannheim.

| Olivier Jaeggi, Managing Partner, Ecofact
Olivier has more than ten years of experience in the management of environmental and social issues that present financial and reputational risks for financial institutions. Prior to founding ECOFACT in 1998, Olivier worked in credit risk control at a leading Swiss bank where he was in charge of environmental risks. ECOFACT is a leading provider of reputational, environmental and social risk management solutions in the financial industry. Olivier graduated in environmental engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

| Susanne Stormer, Novo Nordisk
Susanne Stormer is Vice President of Global Triple Bottom Line Management at the Danish-based pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk. Prior to joining the Novo Group in 2000, she has held senior positions (1988-2000) in international public relations consultancies. She holds a MA in English Studies and a BA in East Asian Area Studies from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. She graduated of Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program in 2006.
